Mary Rose Young

My inspiration springs from a desire to create a world of exuberance, playfulness, and humour. All the pottery is made at my home in the West Country where I work with a small team of artists who I call “The Potting Pals”.

I get a lot of pleasure imagining my pieces winging their way around the world, equally at home in cottage or a castle, and giving off the positive energy fundamental in their creation.
